Senior Digital Project Lead

As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of strategic and tactical digital initiatives within a cross-functional team.
The Digital Iteration Manager works closely with technical team members, product owners and stakeholders to define the delivery roadmap and break down work into manageable stages. This role ensures teams are focused, aligned with business priorities, and equipped to deliver value on time and within scope.
- Supports the delivery of efficient, effective, and sustainable business change within the domain.
- Aligns squad goals with strategic business outcomes and customer roadmaps.
- Facilitates agile ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder forums.
- Removes delivery blockers and manages risks, dependencies, and financials.
- Communicates progress to senior stakeholders and executives.
- Significant delivery experience in agile environments.
- Proven track record delivering IT projects involving software implementations.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including with senior executives.
- Ability to lead cross-functional delivery and manage complex dependencies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
