Job Overview

The primary goal of this position is to oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital projects that align with our marketing and technology objectives.

This role leads software development and technical initiatives from inception through completion, interpreting high-level business objectives into detailed project plans, schedules, and quality standards.

Closely collaborating with stakeholders and senior leadership, the individual in this role ensures projects are completed on time and meet strategic priorities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead software development projects from inception through completion to ensure success based on adherence to scope, timeline, and quality standards.
  • Translate high-level organizational objectives into definable project scopes while prioritizing timely delivery to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute medium to large-scale inter-disciplinary projects, including technical, product, and software development initiatives.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to develop scalable, innovative solutions addressing complex situations and enterprise-wide business challenges.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing software development projects using formal project management methodologies.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is highly preferred.
  • Experience managing and delivering software development projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of the software development lifecycle and associated processes.
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies and tools (e.g., agile, scrum, Kanban, hybrid, DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet).
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to successfully deliver both software and hardware projects.
