Lifestyle Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring individual to join our team as a Lifestyle Assistant. As a key member of our aged care community, you will be responsible for designing and implementing creative life experiences for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and hold a Certificate IV or Diploma in Lifestyle and Leisure or equivalent qualification. They will also possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing social and leisure programs under the guidance of the Lifestyle Coordinator.
  • Ensuring each client has a current and accurate lifestyle assessment and documented plan for recreational activities consistent with their lifestyle assessment and care plan.
