Caring Support Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caring Support Professional to join our team in an Aged Care facility on the Gold Coast.
The ideal candidate will provide high-quality support services to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Deliver personalized care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities
- Engage residents in social and recreational activities, fostering a sense of community and connection
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care (or similar qualification)
- National Police Clearance (current within 6 months)
- Full Covid Vaccination evidence
