Job Title: Supportive Care Professional About the Role:

As a highly interactive Supportive Care Professional, you'll provide personalized care and support to elderly residents, fostering their independence and well-being.

Key responsibilities include supporting residents with strength and conditioning physio, one-on-one companion support, memory support, engagement, and wellbeing, as well as medication administration. You will work closely with nursing, hospitality, and resident engagement teams to deliver timely and compassionate care.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be empathetic, have a strong work ethic, and be passionate about making a difference in the lives of our elderly residents. Ideally, you'll have experience working in aged care for at least one year and possess excellent communication skills, teamwork attitude, and safety awareness.

 Requirements:
  • Aged care experience for at least one year

  • Safety awareness and ability to administer medication
