Support Care Specialist

This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering bespoke packages of care and support to customers in their homes or in our village apartments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate services, rotas, and administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
  • Review and develop care plans, assessing customer needs and promoting independence
  • Be a visible ambassador for the company's values and standards
  • Mentor support workers, conduct one-to-one sessions and appraisals to enhance performance
  • Support and participate in community-based activities that promote customer well-being
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding, medication, and infection control procedures
What You'll Need
  • A professional with experience and relevant qualifications in care and support who can lead by example
  • Ability to coach and inspire team members to achieve their full potential
  • Strong communication and assessment skills to build trust with customers and colleagues alike
  • Calm, organized, and confident decision-making to ensure effective problem-solving
  • A team player with a genuine passion for supporting people
  • Driving license and access to a car (travel time compensated)
  • Enhanced DBS check will be required
