About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Support Care Professionals to provide personal care and support to individuals of all ages and backgrounds.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be a great listener, and be able to work autonomously as well as within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support with dignity and sensitivity
  • Assisting with daily living tasks such as showering, toileting, dressing and more
  • Administering medications and assisting with mobility using hoists and slide sheets
  • Engaging in community activities such as attending doctors appointments, grocery shopping or social events

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates
  • A Blue Card (Working with Children Card)
  • An NDIS Worker Screening Check (Working with Individuals with Disabilities)
  • Full COVID-19 vaccinations
