
Leadership Role in Service Delivery and Quality Management

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our service delivery and quality initiatives. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery and quality. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and effective problem-solving.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a management capacity. They should have a strong understanding of HVAC systems, including commissioning, maintenance, warranty services, and breakdown repairs.
The role also requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. The candidate should be able to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and enhance quality.
