We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Service Delivery Manager. This is a highly rewarding and challenging role that requires exceptional leadership skills, customer focus, and attention to detail.

As the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service, and maintaining industry best practice in customer relationship management. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining a motivated team environment where honesty, openness, and support for each other are demonstrated
  • Setting the direction for your team and ensuring they work together to achieve department and company objectives
  • Maintaining and managing an industry best practice Customer Management system that focuses on proactively managing the customer relationship for all customers
  • Ensuring that we maintain the highest standard of customer service with every interaction we have with the customer
  • Ensuring that we engage responsible contractors or suppliers to rectify faulty or incomplete works wherever possible

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive trade and building background
  • Experience (10+ years) in the building industry (preferably in the volume new home service & warranty environment)
  • Understanding of statutory building regulations & requirements
  • Knowledge of project management systems
  • Previous experience working with and implementing quality assurance systems to Australian Codes, Standards & Tolerances
  • Highly developed PC skills including: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
