We are looking for a Support Professional to join our team.

Job Overview

You will be part of our dedicated team responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience. This includes managing inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and Help Centre articles, as well as handling complex and sensitive customer issues.

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner,
  • Maintain accurate customer records and process payments according to our fraud control procedures,
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues and improve our services.
Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing high-quality customer service through multiple channels,
  • Resolving customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner,
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer-facing role,
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
