The SSA group is seeking two surveyors to join our client's team on the Sunshine Coast. Working primarily on land development projects. This role is perfect for surveyors who are seeking a long-term employer who will assist them with their QLD registration.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Perform a broad range of surveys, including: Cadastral surveys, As-constructed survey Engineering surveys for subdivision works Details/Contour/Tree surveys
  • Lead field parties in a safe, professional and cost-effective manner.
  • Create and maintain accurate records of all surveys.
  • Ensures that the equipment used is calibrated and maintained in accordance with industry standards.
  • When working in the field, ensure that private and public property is respected at all times.
Special Skills
  • Proficiency in the use of GPS and total station equipment (Trimble).
  • Proficiency in the processing of field data to enable final drafting of survey plans.
  • Maintenance of field and computer records in accordance with the Surveyors Act and the company's procedures.
Requirements
  • Relevant University Degree
  • Registration as a surveying associate, Graduate Surveyor or surveyor under the Surveyors Act 2003.
  • Current Queensland Class 'C' Drivers's License
