Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our Partners, Managers, and Accountants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client correspondence in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare and maintain databases to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Collate returns and financial documents for clients
  • Prepare fees for clients and manage ATO correspondence
  • Format and compile documents for clients, including scanning, emailing, and filing
  • Provide relief reception duties and general office support

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a similar role within an accounting practice is highly desirable
  • Experience in processing and electronic lodgement of tax assessments is essential
  • Familiarity with ATO forms and requirements is necessary
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude are required
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential
  • Able to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office software
