Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our Partners, Managers, and Accountants.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client correspondence in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and maintain databases to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Collate returns and financial documents for clients
- Prepare fees for clients and manage ATO correspondence
- Format and compile documents for clients, including scanning, emailing, and filing
- Provide relief reception duties and general office support
Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar role within an accounting practice is highly desirable
- Experience in processing and electronic lodgement of tax assessments is essential
- Familiarity with ATO forms and requirements is necessary
- Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude are required
- Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential
- Able to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office software
