About the Role

This rewarding role involves supporting adults with disability to participate in community and recreational activities, promoting their independence and well-being. Key Responsibilities

  1. Support clients with daily living and personal care needs, including assistance with meal preparation, personal hygiene, and mobility.
  2. Accompany clients to community and recreational activities, promoting their participation and engagement.

Requirements

  • A Certificate IV in Disability or relevant work experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • A positive and flexible approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
