Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Parts Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of parts and ensuring that they are delivered to our customers in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the service team, including workshop, Field, and PowerGen, to coordinate parts logistics.
  • Organize and manage parts on service work orders, ensuring that they are correctly allocated and dispatched.
  • Assist with parts enquiries and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Monitor and manage freight costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Work closely with external suppliers to source parts and negotiate prices.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an automotive environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software used in parts logistics.
  • A valid driver's license is required for frequent travel between locations.
