Part Coordination Role Description

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Part Coordinator to join our team. This role will involve working closely with the service team to manage parts for service work orders.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate parts for service work orders in conjunction with the service team.
  • Assist with customer enquiries and coordinate freight and back orders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar coordination role is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • High level of computer literacy and organizational skills are required.
  • Mechanical knowledge or background is desirable but not necessary.
