We believe that better can be bigger. As a Delivery Enablement Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the technical health of our delivery toolset and developing metrics to drive real-time data and insights.

This role offers broad exposure across various areas, allowing you to develop a breadth of skills while making a significant impact on how we operate. You'll get to provide coaching, training, and utilizing lead/cycle time, velocity measures, and delivery metrics to support our ways of working.

You'll work collaboratively with multiple practices, services, and teams to ensure a consistent approach. Your expertise will help us enhance our delivery tools, communicate changes to stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Skills in supporting delivery tools like Jira and Confluence in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Experience in programming, particularly in Java/Groovy Scripting, to support and develop delivery tools when required.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, including Git, Gitlab, Terraform, Linux, and AWS.
  • Expertise in managing Atlassian product sets, OnPrem/Cloud versions.
  • A deep understanding of Agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban.
