Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Solutions Expert to drive growth in our existing client base and establish new business relationships. This individual will leverage their expertise in end-to-end programmatic ad serving workflows to provide tailored technical advice, bespoke solutions, and use-case specific product knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have more than 2 years of experience in Adtech, MarTech or similar fields, with a strong understanding of sell side platforms and the latest protocols employed therein. Excellent communication skills are essential, allowing them to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to provide technical support and problem resolution for escalated field service questions. The successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting multiple regional clients in a proactive manner, working closely with regional account and revenue stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the technical execution of demanding client initiatives
  • Design, implement, and document business and technical solutions for new client prospects
  • Understand and communicate existing media monetization strategies of prospects and clients
  • Address major escalations and client-wide difficulties
  • Act as a primary liaison between Account, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Provide training to internal teams and occasionally to clients and partners
