- Experience: Minimum of five years' experience in procurement and contract management, preferably within the healthcare or public sector.
- Complex Environment: Demonstrated experience working within a complex contracts and procurement environment, with a strong understanding of relevant policy and legislative frameworks.
- Healthcare Focus: Experience in developing contract specifications and requirements specific to healthcare services.
- Negotiation and Communication: Strong negotiation and delivery management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and deliver quality outcomes to key stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Prioritization: Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing demands.
- Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work proactively and independently, as well as effectively in a team environment.
- Public Sector Ethics: Demonstrated commitment to public sector professionalism, ethics, and probity.
