Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking self-starting Allied Health graduates to join our two-year graduate program at Albury office.
The diverse range of workplaces we support will give you a broad perspective of this industry while starting your career, exposing you to various sectors including government, mining, retail, emergency services, manufacturing, transport, security, hospitality and labour hire.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate treatment and rehabilitation needs of workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries or illnesses
- Conduct assessments such as initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomics and activities of daily living
- Carry out specialist functional and pre-employment assessments for corporate customers
- Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interests
- Manage cases effectively to plan, coordinate and monitor progress toward return-to-work goals
- Engage with stakeholders and build strong relationships to achieve business objectives

- A degree in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Occupational Therapy
- Eligibility for AHPRA or ESSA accreditation upon graduating
- Recent graduation or graduation in 2025
- Comcare accreditation desirable but not essential
- Working with Children Check and clear national criminal check
- Full drivers' license
