This is an opportunity to work closely with clients, identifying their goals and providing tailored support for resume development, interview preparation, and connecting them with allied health services, training opportunities, and financial assistance.

The Job Coach will build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients, utilizing reverse marketing strategies to match candidates with suitable positions.

Our ideal candidate possesses experience in customer service or client-facing roles, preferably with demonstrated ability to work with people overcoming challenges. They should be confident in liaising with multiple stakeholders, working towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and making placements that result in lasting employment.
