About This Role

We are seeking a dynamic career coach to join our team. As a career coach, you will work with participants to explore their career goals, build confidence and support them into meaningful employment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Source and create career opportunities matching clients to suitable and sustainable roles.
  • Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity focusing on people with disability injury or health condition.
  • Engage and work alongside employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment.
  • Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
  • Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.
  • Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
  • Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities.
  • Promote the organization as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.
  • Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.
About You
  • You bring empathy energy and a strong drive to make a difference.
  • You have experience or a genuine passion for employment services.
  • You are confident in supporting people building trust and guiding them into meaningful careers.
  • You are outcomes-focused highly organized and thrive in a fast-paced people-first environment.
Key Requirements
  • Qualifications in employment or human services - desirable.
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively.
  • Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability injury or health conditions.
  • Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans.
  • Excellent communication problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
