Your Role as a Career Coach

You will be working one-on-one with clients to provide tailored support for a sustainable career, guiding them towards job readiness and enabling opportunities for employment once they are ready for work. As a Career Coach, you will be at the forefront of our services, developing strong relationships with clients and employers to achieve successful employment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing strategic partnerships with external and internal stakeholders to market our services and clients to local businesses;
  • Working to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to make placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers;
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and employers, providing ongoing support throughout the employment journey;
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client activity and progress, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
