Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized coaching and guidance to clients to help them achieve their career goals;
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with local employers to identify job opportunities and place participants in sustainable employment;
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of the challenges faced by our clients and develop tailored approaches to meet their needs;
  • Foster a culture of empathy and respect within the workplace and ensure that all interactions with clients and colleagues are characterized by professionalism and kindness;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, counseling, education);
  • Proven experience working with diverse groups of people, particularly those from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;
