Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operational Training Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering operational training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of our employees and business objectives
  • Deliver training sessions that are engaging, interactive, and effective in transferring knowledge and skills
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Liaise with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop training solutions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in adult education and training
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to travel to various locations as required
