Job Title: Train Assembly Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced train assembly professional to oversee the management, control, and coordination of all activities related to manufacturing for our site in Dubbo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for deploying business management plans, establishing actions, and placing necessary resources to guarantee compliance or improvement.

To succeed in this role, you will need to stay up-to-date with company developments and industry-wide practices that influence daily activities. You must also comply with regulations and enforce policies in Quality and Safety of Product, Occupational Risk Prevention, and Environment. This includes ensuring accurate records are completed and maintained in accordance with established procedures.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years' experience in similar or related roles.
  • Tertiary qualification relevant to the position such as University education equivalent to a Higher Engineering Diploma/Master's Degree in the respective field or an Engineering Diploma/Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience with office management software e.g. MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word).
