We're offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong passion for learning and development to become part of our team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying training needs, addressing workforce skill gaps, and supporting professional growth through the creation and implementation of training plans. You'll coordinate both on-the-job and external training programs, including managing logistics, administration, and sourcing high-quality training providers that align with workforce requirements.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in maintaining data integrity, generating reports, and delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support.
