We seek a seasoned Lead Risk Management Specialist to spearhead risk management initiatives across Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:- Advise senior leadership on governance, oversight, and risk advice.
- Prepare comprehensive risk and compliance reports for key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement robust risk management frameworks and controls.
- Design policies and procedures to identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
- Promote a risk-aware culture and drive adoption of risk management practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in risk management, compliance, or related field, with at least 10 years in leadership.
- Deep knowledge of risk management frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000) and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in developing effective risk and compliance programs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
