Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Client Experience Specialist. This position involves building meaningful relationships with clients, providing exceptional service, and driving commercial success.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of luxury products, fashion trends, and client engagement strategies. They will be responsible for delivering a personalized experience that meets or exceeds individual and store sales targets, while also inspiring clients to develop a passion for our brand.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high level of knowledge in product, fashion, and styling to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed commercial KPIs, including individual and store sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the Store Manager to address customer complaints and concerns.
  • Elevate the client experience by following the client journey from initial interaction to post-sale follow-up.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of delivering sales results and exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience in client-facing roles, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Strong product knowledge and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in local language; English proficiency highly desirable.
