Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring timely resolution of client queries.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in building strong relationships with clients, providing them with expert advice and support, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide product information and guidance to clients
