We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our team. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone with expertise in payroll processing, preferably using Micropay or Kronos.

Responsibilities:

  • Payroll processing for 700 employees on a fortnightly and weekly basis.
  • Reconciliation of payroll tax, work cover, and superannuation monthly balance sheets and annual reconciliations.
  • Administrative tasks including filing, setting up new employee folders, handing out starter packs, collecting police checks, and reimbursing police check expenses.

Requirements:

  • Experience in payroll processing using Micropay or Kronos.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to meet deadlines.
