At a leading healthcare organisation, we are seeking an enthusiastic payroll professional to join our team in North Ryde. This role reports into the payroll manager, with a team leader and senior payroll officers as support.

The Responsibilities:
  1. Process Payroll Transactions: Process payroll transactions including fortnightly timesheets via online rostering systems, termination payments, salary packaging and establish new starters in payroll system within identified timeframes.
  2. Respond to Enquiries: Respond to enquiries from employees regarding payroll matters including entitlements, EBA and Award interpretation in a timely manner.
  3. Assist Payroll Manager: Assist Payroll Manager for preparation, balancing and reconciliation of PAYG, FBT, superannuation, annual payment summary, Workers Compensation Premium and authorised payroll deduction.
  4. Maintain Integrity: Ensure accuracy and integrity of payroll and time & attendance system.
  5. Ensure Data Accuracy: Ensure payroll data accuracy and ability to maintain confidentiality.

The Successful Applicant Will Have

  1. Prior Experience: Previous experience using ADP or any large ERP system is valued.
  2. Team Environment: Prior experience working in a team environment.
  3. Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.
