Job Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and experienced supervisor to drive the performance of our mobile fleet in the Pilbara region.


About the Role

This permanent position offers access to OEM training and opportunities for career growth within a global company.

  • Maintain an impeccable safety record while driving the reliability and availability of the mobile fleet across the region.
  • Coordinate and supervise Hitachi projects, shutdowns, planned maintenance, and day-to-day activities of support technicians.
  • Provide customer service, dealing with superintendent level requests for service assistance and schedule labor.
  • Implement job package assembly and ensure relevant pre-work checks, paperwork, and assessments are completed.
  • Develop strategic plans to improve performance, equipment reliability, and lower maintenance costs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant Diesel or Mobile Plant Mechanic trade qualification.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role with front-line operational staff.
  • A working knowledge of planning and scheduling with the ability to deliver in tight time frames.
  • Demonstrated background experience with Hitachi mobile equipment.
  • Good communication and customer service skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.
  • A safety focus and adherence to site safety processes.
