Job Title

A visionary Business Transformation Specialist is sought after to lead the transformation of clients' business operations.

Your Mission

The successful candidate will be a revenue-owning, outcome-delivering, forward-deployed solver (fds) leading AI-powered transformation from first principles.

This involves co-innovating transformative business outcomes with client stakeholders, solving differently, and questioning the status quo.

Responsibilities

  • Own your portfolio: Take accountability for revenue generation and contribution across strategic accounts.
  • Lead consultative engagements: Engage deeply with client CXOs to understand challenges and co-define transformation journeys.
  • Execute GTM in context: Contribute to region/account-specific GTM strategy aligned with platform partners (hyperscalers, ISVs, AI players).
  • Build value, not vanity: Prioritize solving real business problems over chasing buzzwords.

Requirements

  • Strategic Solutioning & Revenue Ownership: Architects growth-driving solutions while owning deal closure, delivery quality, and profitability within a defined portfolio.
  • CxO Storytelling with Technical Integrity: Leads strategic conversations with clarity and conviction—translating complex technologies into tangible business impact.
  • Negotiation & Influence: Facilitates decisions through intelligent co-creation—balancing business value with client context to achieve win-win outcomes.
