We are seeking applications for Pyschology Experts to join our new Mental Health service in Wagga Wagga, on a permanent full-time basis. Your expertise will directly contribute to empowering individuals to heal from the psychological effects of their service and rebuild their lives.
This is a rare opportunity to be an integral part of a groundbreaking initiative. You'll work within a recovery-oriented and trauma-informed model of care. Our team is dedicated to providing individualised and group clinical care based on professional training reflecting current ethical clinical practice as required.
The PositionProvide comprehensive assessment and care planning, monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment accordingly.
Evaluate clinical outcomes and participate in research activities as required.
Liaise with all staff to promote effective communication, including verbal and written feedback to referring professionals.
Maintain confidentiality and an appropriate professional relationship with staff and patients.
Participate regularly in clinical supervision and continue ongoing professional development through education.
Successful applicants must be registered as a Psychologist with the relevant governing body and have experience working with groups and individuals presenting with a myriad of concerns. Previous experience working with emergency services will be highly regarded.
