We are seeking a highly skilled HSEQ Manager to lead the development, implementation, and oversight of health, safety, environmental, and quality (HSEQ) strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote a proactive safety culture throughout our operations in Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with project leaders and senior management to understand and implement HSEQ requirements comprehensively.
- Develop and enhance in-house HSEQ systems to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Implement and oversee the Global HSE Management System (GHSEMS) and BlueBook standards.
- Conduct regular HSE audits for projects and office environments, supporting the business to address findings and manage corrective actions.
- Ensure ongoing accreditation to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
- Demonstrated experience in identifying business HSEQ system needs and architecture.
- Experience developing and implementing HSEQ systems.
- Understanding of office HSEQ requirements.
- Applied knowledge of QHSE Management Systems and quality tools.
- A consultative approach and ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders.
