At BGIS, we are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Specialist to join our team. As an HSE Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, contractors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and maintain effective HSE management systems to ensure compliance with statutory and contractual obligations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards and risks.
- Provide training and guidance to employees and contractors on HSE procedures and best practices.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and regulations.
- Experience in HSE management and auditing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
