Quality and Environmental Health and Safety Manager

The Quality and Environmental Health and Safety Manager is a crucial role within Yunex Traffic, responsible for ensuring the safety, health, and environmental compliance of our operations. This position requires a strong understanding of EHS and quality management systems, as well as the ability to develop and implement effective strategies to minimize risk and drive continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement EHS and quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate and control them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of EHS and quality policies and procedures.
- Investigate and report on EHS incidents and near-misses, and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders to stay up-to-date on changing regulations and best practices.
- Tertiary qualification in Workplace/Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, or Quality equivalent.
- Experience in managing safety audit programs and developing EHS and quality management systems.
- Strong knowledge of EHS and quality legislation, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Ability to develop and execute strategies to ensure compliance, minimize risk, and drive continuous improvement.
