About this Role

  • Attend meetings and perform secretariat duties, disseminating information as required.
  • Receive, document and discuss complaints, problems or commendations made by patients in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a database for recording patient complaints to allow analysis and reporting.
  • Facilitate the maintenance and review of a hospital-wide patient complaint monitoring system.
