About the Role

The role reports operationally and professionally to the Senior Administration Manager (Medical), Executive Services, Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Actively utilising high-level communication, negotiation, and coordination skills to achieve outstanding results.
  • Participating in designated project and organisational change activities.
  • Providing training/orientation and communication of up-to-date guidelines, policies, and procedures related to rostering, leave, and overtime.
  • Ensuring a high-quality service by setting up databases, maintaining current knowledge of policies and procedures, quality control initiatives, and ensuring compliance with medical staff college and legislative requirements.
