About the Opportunity:
The Coach plays a vital role in delivering HELP's Employment Services Strategy, focusing on improving sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability. This position centers on mentoring participants to overcome barriers by developing tailored plans and fostering a work-ready mindset.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure each participant's individual needs and aspirations are at the forefront of your focus
- Support a caseload of participants, providing guidance and direction
- Achieve individual and team KPIs in line with requirements
- Deliver coaching and support to participants in line with the Help Service Delivery Model
About You:
You care about people and want a job that makes a difference. We're seeking motivated and values-driven individuals to join our Inclusive Employment Australia division as a Coach.
Prior experience in employment services, strong customer service skills, and ability to thrive in a changing environment are highly regarded.
