Senior Change Manager Role

This role leads and manages the design and delivery of change, communication and training strategies across the organization.

The Senior Change Manager will develop, monitor and evaluate change management and communications frameworks to drive strategic and operational performance by working collaboratively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, manage, develop and deliver effective change management and communication strategies and plans for programs, projects and operations.
  • Manage the delivery of all aspects of change and communications, including stakeholder and impact assessment, engagement, communication, training, support and business readiness to embed the required business change.
  • Ensure key stakeholders are actively engaged in planning and their needs are incorporated in change, communication and engagement strategies and plans.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in change management and communication strategies and plans for programs, projects and operations.
  • Extensive experience in managing the delivery of all aspects of change and communications, including stakeholder and impact assessment, engagement, communication, training, support and business readiness to embed the required business change.
  • Knowledge and experience in a change/transformation work environment.
