Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate each participant's unique needs and aspirations for employment
  • Provide targeted support, guidance, and direction to ensure participants reach their full potential
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared objectives aligned with industry standards
  • Deliver coaching and support to participants based on their strengths, goals, and support requirements
  • Connect participants with training, qualifications, and services to address vocational and non-vocational needs
  • Develop relationships with local employers to create job opportunities and career paths for participants

  • Previous experience in Employment Services would be beneficial but not required
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficiency in administration and computer skills – ability to learn new systems
