We are seeking a skilled Draftsperson to join our Knockdown Rebuild team at ABN Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality design sketches, town planning applications, and working drawings using Archicad software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed drawings, including construction details, and ensure plans are quality checked.
  • Coordinate supporting documentation in accordance with programmed delivery dates.
  • Reflect dispensations, Council, and Developer requirements in plans.
  • Ensure plans comply with building practices.
Requirements
  • Experience using Archicad software.
  • Understanding of contract documentation, preconstruction procedures, and construction techniques.
  • Minimum of Cert IV in Residential Drafting.
  • Construction and Residential codes knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well-developed problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
  • Accuracy, neatness, and patience in drawing work.
