Key Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to drive sales growth and brand visibility within an allocated region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a network of dealers, ensuring they are equipped, motivated, and aligned with strategic goals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new dealers in the allocated region.
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with existing dealers to enhance loyalty and performance.
  • Providing training and support to dealers on products, systems, and sales strategies.
  • Monitoring dealer performance and implementing improvement plans where necessary.

In addition, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding regional sales targets through effective dealer management and market penetration. You will also promote the brand through dealer marketing initiatives, trade shows, and local events.

You will work closely with dealers to identify opportunities and provide solutions, driving business growth and profitability. A strong understanding of agricultural parts and accessories is essential for this role.
