As Regional Sales Manager, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of a region. This is more than just a leadership role. You'll be hands on with major accounts, lead a high performing team and be instrumental in driving strategic growth. What do you do?

  • Manage and grow your own portfolio of key clients
  • Lead and coach a regional team of Account Managers and Customer Service Reps
  • Manage and grow your own portfolio of key clients
  • Execute national sales strategy at a regional level
  • Build and deliver action plans to grow market share and win major projectsPartner closely with Marketing, Product, Design, and Ops teams for seamless deliveryOversee pipeline management, reporting, CRM usage and forecasting
  • Champion the company's values, team culture and customer first mindset

What do you need?

  • 5–8 years in sales leadership, ideally in lighting or construction
  • Proven ability to lead and coach sales teams across multiple territories
  • Strong lighting / construction and development network
  • Track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management or similar (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel as required
