About the Role
  • This position will focus on creating programs and initiatives that foster engagement, communication, event management, and project coordination with various business units.
  • It involves providing expertise in emerging Diversity and Inclusion trends, developing strategic directions for Crown D&I Programs, and maintaining knowledge of the labor market to adjust sourcing techniques effectively.
  • The role requires understanding Business Unit roles and operations, managing employee relations including grievance handling and discipline, as well as coaching Line Managers, Talent Acquisition, and Business Partnering teams on selection techniques and culturally sensitive management practices.
Responsibilities
  • To lead and collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement and evaluate Diversity and Inclusion strategies and programs.
  • Advise on research-based best practices and provide guidance on selection techniques, culturally sensitive management practices, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Partner with various departments to develop and maintain effective diversity and inclusion policies and procedures.
  • Develop reports on workplace metrics and performance data to inform D&I program development and improvement.
  • Research industry trends and best practices related to diversity, equity, and inclusion to provide recommendations to leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to develop targeted recruitment strategies and enhance the candidate experience.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated working or lived experience in areas of Diversity and Inclusion is essential.
  • A genuine passion to contribute to and enrich Diversity & Inclusion at Crown is required.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary.
  • Strong research analytics and report writing skills are highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma qualified in Human Resources or a related field is mandatory.
