We are seeking a strategic business partner to join our people team on a full-time, permanent basis.
- The successful candidate will work closely with operational leaders to provide HR advisory support and coaching on key people matters.
- This role involves analyzing workforce trends, developing professional working relationships, and providing insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in human resources or a related field is highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience in a human resources role within mining or other heavy industries is essential.
- Proven ability to develop constructive working relationships and influence key stakeholders is critical.
