Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description

This role supports operational leaders and teams across multiple local work sites, offering a chance to be at the centre of growth across various sectors.

You will provide day-to-day support, help navigate change and play a key part in building a culture that values trust and open communication.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with supervisors and managers on talent-related matters
  • Coaching frontline leaders and supporting them through people-related challenges
  • Responding to HR issues with sound judgement and a calm, considered approach
  • Supporting workforce planning and capability initiatives
Requirements

We are looking for someone with 5 years' experience in a generalist HR or HRBP role, ideally in operational or multi-site environments. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR principles and practices, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions. A proactive and adaptable approach is essential, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

A degree in Human Resources or a related field is highly desirable, although not essential. What is critical is that you demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
