This senior leadership position offers the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of a diverse asset portfolio while ensuring optimal performance across world-class recreational, cultural, and entertainment facilities.
The successful candidate will lead asset management excellence across the precinct by developing comprehensive strategies and long-term renewal programs.
They'll oversee major capital expenditure (CAPEX) project delivery from planning through to completion.
Manage critical contracts and drive operational efficiencies across parkland operations.
Implement data-driven asset management systems and spatial technology integration.
Ensure full compliance with legislative requirements and corporate risk frameworks.
Prepare strategic reports and documentation for senior leadership.
About You:
- We're seeking an exceptional professional with a proven track record in asset management who thrives in stakeholder-rich environments.
- Experience managing complex, diverse asset portfolios (preferably in precinct or large-scale infrastructure environments).
- Demonstrated success implementing ISO 55000 compliant asset management frameworks.
- Strong track record delivering CAPEX projects on time and within budget.
- Experience managing asset data teams and integrating spatial systems with asset management platforms.
- Proven ability leading multidisciplinary technical teams and fostering continuous improvement cultures.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Strategic asset planning and long-term renewal program development.
- Contract management experience with significant service agreements.
- Financial management capabilities including budget cycles.
- Understanding of AASB116 standards.
- Strong governance and reporting skills for stakeholder engagement.
