Job Title: Asset Portfolio Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our property management team in Australia. The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of experience in property management, with a strong understanding of client investment objectives and the ability to develop strategies to maximise their portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain trustful relationships with landlords and tenants, understanding client objectives and developing strategies to maximise their portfolio.
  • Lease co-ordination, negotiation of new leases, financial management of assets including rent collection, arrears management, budgets and reconciliations.
  • Conduct periodic property inspections, meet with tenants on a regular basis to ensure compliance with the lease, and co-operate with facilities managers.
  • Assist with tenant movements, manage statutory files including bank guarantees, leases, legal documents, insurance certificates and corporate governance.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a property management role, registration certification or real estate license, strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with high-net worth clients.
  • Accountability and professionalism, QLD Driver's license and a strong understanding of commercial, industrial or retail property management.
